Do I have to renew my Introductory Annual GenGold Program each year?
You can choose to purchase GenGold 20, a twenty-year term with discount pricing.  You own the book and the Eternal Records.  If you do not renew, contents of your library vaults will be returned to you.
How much storage space do I have in my GenGold Libraries?
Each of the twenty-four libraries have a maximum storage space of 240 MB.
Can I extend my trial beyond 14 days?
Unfortunately, you cannot, but you will find the ease of use will be plenty sufficient to evaluate if you want to purchase the GenGold Program.
